Shall We Dance?

Now that the new season of the hit show Dancing with the Stars is under way, you’re waltzing around the living room and practicing the tango during the commercial break. But why not take up some serious samba-ing for your health? Experts say ballroom dancing could help the mind and body. It depends on the type of dancing and your skill level, but “once someone gets to the point where they're getting their heart rate up, they're actually getting a terrific workout,” says one fitness expert.
