It's Goodbye To Google

by Harvey Segal You read that right. I've told Google to push off. Stop spidering me. I no longer want my online business to depend on its ever changing whims as to what makes a good or bad ranking. I don't want to spend time collecting thousands of backward links then find that they are probably worthless because the anchor text does not contain a suitable keyword, or the site does not have sufficient page rank, or whatever the latest algorithm is. I don't want to buy expensive cloaking tools and run the risk of penalization. I don't want to be bothered about whether a domain has a static or dynamic IP address or have to use different hosts to make a network of minisites. What's that you say ? You don't need fancy tricks - just provide good relevant content. My answ View the rest of this article

How To Make Money From Boxing

If you want to make money from boxing, I suggest you *don't* follow in the footsteps of Lennox Lewis.

As I write this in the spring of 2007, it's rumoured that Lewis is considering a comeback in his 40s.

Lewis is that rare beast, a heavyweight champion who retired with his title intact, but they always say that fighters can't give up, and the lure of a big payday is tempting him.

It's rumoured that he could get $25 million for one fight.

Now that's a lot of money, but I don't suggest that you should get into the ring to make money from boxing!
Let's face it, it is only the very few elite that make a lot of money, and most of them end up broke!

So, if we're not getting into the ring, how else can we make money from boxi View the rest of this article

Unsecured Loans- Money without security

Unsecured Loans do not require you to pledge any of our assets as security against the loan procured. Tenants, self-employed, students, non-homeowners, and those living with parents are the ones who normally go for unsecured loans. However, those who own a home but do not wish to risk it also apply for these loans.

The risk associated with the unsecured loan deal for the lender is generally higher than that with secured loan. So, unsecured loans are available at comparatively higher APRs. But these loans are a safer and easy option for the borrower. Unsecured loans get processed fast because of the legal formalities concerning to the property evaluation.

Cited below are the different kinds of unsecured loans:

Maui, Hawaii-is the best

When in Maui you will truly experience the meaning of the words, “Maui no ka oi” which means Maui is the best. And rightly so, you will find Maui Hawaii the best holiday destination you have been to. It offers the great versatility of nature in the form of large beaches, majestic mountain ranges, lush rain forests, and its superior marine life which include the humpback whales in the waters. If I call it the best part of Hawaii the natives and the visitors both will agree with me beyond doubt.

Lahaina a famous town in West Maui in Hawaiian language means the “cruel sun”. When in this part of the world, always remember that you are quite close to the equator which makes the sun rays more powerful. So when going to take a sunbath always take proper pre View the rest of this article

Key to Rehab Effectiveness – Education – Second Chance Program

A new prison-based social rehabilitation program, The Second Chance Program, is entering its sixth month in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Based on earlier successful pilot programs run in similar prison settings, it has education as a basic underlying key to effective rehab. The program is run by Joy Westrum, the president of the Second Chance Program (www.secondchanceprogram.net) and Rick Pendery, the national Executive Director of the Second Chance Centers and the steps ensure that the inmates who need remedial education have their reading level raised and those who can effectively study are given advanced educational tools to assist them in any further education that they may seek.
Pendery explains, “We recognized that many offenders have learning deficiencies th View the rest of this article

Compensating For Your Growing Needs in a Garage

There probably isn't a family in America who hasn't outgrown the primary home at one point or another. In fact, the lack of space is one of the prime reasons why many of us hire a contractor to improve our homes. We want a better design, we want more space, and we want both of those things at a reasonable price. Fortunately, you can have all three of those things! Your contractor can give you a better design, more space, AND a great price to expand your living area as your needs grow. And one of the best places to start with is a garage of your very own! Why the Garage? Of course, garages have traditionally served as compartments for automobiles, yard tools and a few toys thrown about here and there. But you can work with a contractor and design a brand new one (or m View the rest of this article
